Mr. Ayers graduated with honors from University of Oklahoma Law School in 1992 and then joined the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. as an associate in the maritime section.  In 2000, Mr. Ayers became a partner at Werner Ayers, L.L.P. His practice has expanded to concentrate on commercial litigation, mass tort, toxic tort litigation and products liability. He continues to handle insurance coverage matters, maritime and general personal injury litigation. 

Mr. Ayers handles cases in the Federal Courts and the State Courts in Texas and as National Trial Counsel on a mass tort docket.  He also practices in many State and Federal Courts outside of Texas.  Mr. Ayers has significant first chair trial experience and has represented clients in mediations and arbitrations on a variety of tort and commercial cases.  

Mr. Ayers is married with two children.  He and his wife, Allison, are active in the community and have a particular interest in Latin American Art and are Macaenas of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts.
